Welcome to Askrigg Camping

Update: 13th May – we continue to be closed, and as yet have no plans to reopen in the foreseeable future. But we would love to welcome you again, when Gov guidelines permit.

We’re small, but perfectly formed.

Set on a working farm, we’re a back-to-basics campsite with an Eco-loo (composting toilet), washing up sink with drinking water and a field with beautiful views.

For camping on the site – £5 per adult, per night. £2 per child, per night. £1 per car, per night.

For wild camping (on one of our two remote locations) – £5 per person, per night.

We are happy for you to bring your own BBQ, fire basket, fire bowl etc – but it must be raised off the ground so that the grass does not get scorched (we can help you with this).

If you would like to hire a tent, or equipment, we may be able to help.

If you would like to hire our fire basket, let us know on the booking form.

Fire basket with bag of wood – £10.

Bag of wood – £5.

If you would like to buy milk for your arrival, we can arrange this for you.

Please be aware – BOOKING is essential – due to the nature of the farming calendar, we’re not always open.

For any camping or wild camping enquiries, please use the booking form below or feel free to ring me – 07811851584.

Sorry, we no longer accept dogs.
